2026 KICFF on the way
2025 'KICFF Fall of Faith" ran thru November 30, 2025. All awardees received a beautifully designed KICFF Award Certificate. They were presented ONLY to the Director/Producer responsible for the project. However, the opportunity to purchase certificates for cast and crew is available.
Additionally, select awardees will be considered to have their projects showcased on the award-winning, weekly TV show: Knoxville International Christian Film Festival Presents… which airs on Watchmen Broadcasting TV49 Augusta, GA, it’s affiliates in SC, GA, FL, & TN, and worldwide on WBPI.org. Aired shows are available on the KICFF Presents…YouTube Channel. Awardees may also be offered the opportunity to have their project shown at 2026 KICFF Live From RiseUP Tennessee, April 10-11 at the Music Road Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, TN.
Grounded in the heart of Knoxville, our mission is to become a premier destination for Christian filmmakers worldwide, providing a platform that sets new benchmarks for networking, collaboration, education, and showcasing creative story-telling while honoring God in “The Spirit of Excellence & Service."
The KICFF is open to anyone, no matter your experience or where you are on the map. We look forward to being blessed as we review works from creative Christians at all levels of experience. If you are looking for recognition for your wonderful, Godly projects in feature films, videos, screenplays, and other related projects, then this uplifting festival is for you!

GUIDELINES
The theme of the KICFF is to honor God with your “Spirit of Excellence & Service." We trust that you will adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your projects:
* KICFF reserves the right to reject any submissions
* All projects MUST exemplify Christians values and represent God in a positive manner.
* No nudity or sexually explicit scenes.
* No horror or fantasy films
*No offensive language (Use of the “F” word, the “GD” word, or the “D” word, is automatic disqualification.)
* Reality is acceptable but NO unnecessary violence or language, which is strictly prohibited. (EX: Sound of Freedom is a great model).
* English subtitles MUST be used on all non-English speaking projects and must be comfortably readable by viewers.
* Use of AI in projects MUST be at a bare minimum. Projects must showcase a creators talents while honoring God with their creative gifts. Projects with exessive AI will be disqualified without refunds.
* Entries must meet ALL requirements for each individual category in which they are submitted.
* You may submit multiple projects, however, each project MUST be submitted individually.
* Should your film, video, or related Christian project be selected for a KICFFaward, in lieu of any other signed agreement between KICFF and the awardee, you give KICFF permission to download a royalty-free, digital copy of your work and showcase it royalty-free at KICFF's option at RiseUP Tennesse 2026, on the KICFF Presents TV show, on the KICFF Presents YouTube channel, and TV or online channels, to showcase awardees works at KICFF’s sole discretion.
* Submitters state that they own all rights and/or have full permission to submit their project and they give the KICFF permission to showcase their projects royalty-free at known or TBD KICFF showcases.
* No refunds for any reason if your project(s) is(are) not selected for an award.
* We look forward to being blessed by your amazing Christian projects.
13 CATEGORIES
KICFF is dedicated to showcasing and honoring creative Christians for their projects big or small, or somewhere in between. We have been beyond blessed to see the level of creativity that abounds throughout the world in each individual or collective groups efforts to glorify God and mankind with their projects; whether visual or written. With that in mind, we want to provide entrants into KICFF with a nice array of avenues to enter their projects. Here is a list of the current categories that will be open for submissions beginning July 2, 2026.
1) Feature Film - 45 to 120 mins.
2) Short Film - 15 to 44 minutes.
3) International Film - Christian values. Must have clearly readable English subtitles if not in English.
4) Student Film - Christian film created by a student or group of students.
5) Mini-Film - Christian film less than 15 minutes.
6) Trailer - Promoting a Christian project, no more than 5 minutes.
7) Documentary - Christian documentary up to 61 minutes.
8) Web Series or Episode - Christian Web Series or episode made for the internet/TV and posted on a website or a social media platform.
9) YouTube Videos - Christian videos posted on YouTube - 20 min maximum.
10) Animation/Cartoon - Christian value animation episode or series- 15 minute maximum.
11) Music Video - Christian music video that can be seen on a social media platform.
12) Screenplay for Feature Film - A professionally written Christian-themed script up to 120 pages.
13) Pitch DEK/Treatment - Either of the two written works of a Christian-themed short film, student film, TV show or Web series.
